Buried Truth
What is truth? Such is the question Pilate, governor of Judaea, posed to Jesus, the very person who shockingly claimed, ‘I am the Truth’. History is full of sages who have grappled with the notion of truth: Socrates: Lies are the greatest murderer. They kill the truth. Buddha: Three things can not be long hidden: the sun, the moon, and the truth. Gandhi: An error does not become truth by reason of multiplied propagation, nor does truth become error because nobody sees it. Truth stands, even if there be no public support. It is self-sustained.
